Our high quality Manuka Honey comes  with 14 days exchange policy on all products. It´s a rare occourrence when someone is not pleased with their newly delivered honey. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you have 7 days to inform us and to return your UNOPENED bottle. Your honey must arrive on our office within 14 days from date of purchase. Once we have inspected the product with no doubts, we will replace a new bottle of honey to you.

The warranty is void if damage in bottle or honey is due to negligence and not as a direct result of manufacturers defects or normal use.

We reserve the right to void this policy should we find that the bottle has been tampered with, forced open, or re-bottled by anyone other than our specialist.

For customers outside of Singapore, Xciss will handle 1 way shipping cost back to customer location if the above conditions are being satisfied.

Our prices are NET, excluding shipping costs to customer.  Customer may place order directly with our representatives during their meetings, over the phone or via email confirmation.  The price and any shipping or additional  charges will be informed and confirmed through the same communication channel. 

Note:  Orders need to be officially accepted by Xciss Healthcare before it is considered as final.  Any payment made prior to official acceptance by our company may be rejected or refunded upon agreement by Xciss Management or as our general business practices.

Some countries have also duty free for import of merchandise goods (Malaysia etc.) and other countries have duty free up to a value of $1.000 (Australia) for import of merchandise goods.  For Singapore, Tax rate is at 7%.  For more information please contact your local customs office.   Shipping charges will differ from country to country, please contact us for more information.

We accept payment by, banking transfer through internet banking or ATM machines upon order confirmation for customers in Singapore.  We also accept Paypal payment from all international customers.  Credit Card payments are also available via Paypal.

SHIPPING
We ship all our products directly upon receipt of payment.  Arrangements (for Singapore Only) can be made for special deliveries over weekends, public holidays or off office hours to home addresses depending on availability of resources.  A standard delivery charge will be informed to customer upon phone or email confirmation of their order.  The amount shall not exceed $10 for delivery within Singapore island.  For other locations, please contact us for more details.
